Farm Empire – Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you play Farm Empire (the "Game"), a mobile game developed by Ayoub Games ("we", "us"). By using the Game you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
We do not ask for, collect or store any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. The Game has no user accounts, no sign-in and no chat.
Your game progress (for example your farm, coins, upgrades and settings) is saved only on your device. It is not sent to us or to any server operated by us.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game is free to play and shows ads provided by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may automatically collect and process information from your device, such as:
- the device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID) and other device identifiers;
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device and app information (device model, operating system, language, app version);
- interactions with ads and diagnostic data (for example, ads viewed or clicked, crash data of the ad SDK).

Watching rewarded video ads in the Game (for example, for boosters) is always optional.
3. Consent and your choices
- Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): where required by law, the Game shows a consent message from Google's User Messaging Platform before personalized ads are served. You can change your choice at any time from the Privacy options button in the Game's Settings.
- Ad personalization: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).
- Deleting your data: the game save lives only on your device; uninstalling the Game or clearing its app data deletes it. Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing else for us to delete. For data processed by Google, use the choices above or Google's own tools.
4. Permissions
The Game requests only normal permissions that are granted at install time:
- Internet and network state – to load ads. The Game itself can be played offline.
- Advertising ID and Android ad services (AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_*) – used by the Google Mobile Ads SDK as described in section 2.
- Vibrate – for haptic feedback, which you can switch off in the Game's Settings.
- Wake lock / foreground service – used internally by Google libraries to finish background tasks reliably.
The Game does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, phone or location.
5. Children's privacy
The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us and we will help resolve it.
6. Data security and transfers
Because we do not collect personal information, we do not store it on our servers. Information collected by Google AdMob is processed by Google, which may transfer and process it in countries other than yours, in line with Google's policies and applicable law.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
